Our Women’s Wellness Retreat will focus on giving those interested a chance to better connect to themselves, nature and other women. We will center all of our discoveries throughout the day around self-regulation skills and ways we can find balance in our lives. Activities will range from mindfulness-based exercises and archery to more adventurous challenges like climbing our rock wall. Our facilitators will guide you through this day long experience to hopefully try something out of your comfort zone and get in touch with yourself while enjoying time outdoors.
